SEAC: National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom
The National
Park Service has listed the Southeast Archeological Center as
a qualified
research facility within the National Underground Railroad Network
to Freedom. The Southeast Archeological Center, through its extensive
artifact collections and data management systems, research projects,
and public outreach efforts, makes a significant contribution to the
understanding of the Underground Railroad in American history.
