Description: The Baxter Springs Heritage Center is a museum with archives and exhibits focused on Kansas and the tri-state area. They have significant collections on mining, historic sites, photographs, early settlement, and Route 66. The Center works with students, educators, community groups, tourism authorities, and others to document the vital history of the southeastern Kansas.
