COLLECTIONS
Description:
The Autry Library’s Route 66 collecting areas cover the
history of the trans-Mississippi West, tourism, fine art, women
in the West, the making, marketing and consumption of popular
Western entertainment, and the perceptions of the region worldwide.
Route 66 collections held by the Braun Research Library include
materials related to Native American Studies, Arizona and California
histories; anthropology; ethnography and archeology.
