Whitman Mission National Historic Site 2005

The Center conducted geophysical investigations at Whitman Mission National Historic Site in southeastern Washington. The geophysical investigations focused on the foundation outlines of the buildings within the mission in hopes of being able to identify the adobe brick foundation walls. Survey techniques included ground penetrating radar, magnetic gradient, and conductivity surveys.
