Lincoln Home National Historic Site 2005
The
Center conducted geophysical investigations in
the Burch and Carrington lots at Lincoln Home National
Historic Site in Springfield, Illinois. The investigations
are part of an archeological evaluation and compliance
project of the two lots for proposed reconstruction
of the houses. Magnetic gradient, conductivity,
resistance,
and ground penetrating radar surveys were conducted
on each lot.
